Hi friends, we are so excited we could just pop over here at the new mobile Lucky Dog Studios, based in Boston and Vermont...AND the new album entitled "The World of Weather" is recorded, and only left are the final mixes and mastering!  We worked with some new exciting musicians as well as some of our favorites from the last album.  The music is again an eclectic mix of blues, jazz, country, folk and reggae.  The album will be available for download here on our website as well as at shows as hard copy CD's (yes, we still make CD's for those who want a disc!).  We have recently added shows this summer in both Boston and Vermont (see the calendar) including a Boston CD Release Party on July 26th!  Stay tuned as more shows are added and we look forward to dropping a tasty single your way as a sample to the album.  Be sure and find us on facebook for more updates!

Hi friends old and new!  We are excited to announce that a new full length album is now being recorded at the new LGP Studios with the hopes for a spring 2017 release! There are exciting new tunes that we will be performing at upcoming shows.  Check back for performances as they are added in your area.  See you soon!!!

Hi folks and hope your summer is off to a nice start!  Shows are booked and being added as we speak both in Boston and up in beautiful Vermont.  Please check the calendar link here and come by!! The second album entitled "The World of Weather" is almost finished and we hope to be recording and finished by spring 2017 but til then we will be featuring new songs at performances.  We also ordered a second run of the first album "Going Through The Motions" so if you haven't gotten your copy yet you can order it here on the website or pick one up at a show.  Hope to see you soon!  Love, Laurie

Well it's been awhile since we've updated our blog here...since our last entry we've been performing to promote the album and gearing up to start pre-production on the next one (yes, a second album in the works already!).  That said we will be in the shed much of this winter with fewer performances....however be on the lookout for the occasional show (particularly in Central VT!) and we will be booking shows again on a more regular basis when we come out of writing hibernation this spring.  Til then, happy holidays, stay warm and keep in touch.  One love, LGP

Hello fans (new and old), we have enjoyed many performances over the past few months, celebrating the release of our new CD "Going Through The Motions".  We want to thank everyone for coming out to support us, liking us on facebook, buying our CD, giving us feedback after performances and sharing the love!  We will be doing some traveling next month and then after performances in Vermont in September and October, we plan to take a breather to do some more recording and rehearsing before hitting the gig trail again.  Check back here for additional performances booked and we hope to see you again in the near future.  If you would like to bring us to your town or venue, please let us know!  Much love, The LGP

Performances for the CD Release are now being scheduled!  We will be at 51 Main Street with drummer Caleb Bronz April 25th in Middlebury, Vermont.  Also, this summer on July 15th we will be at the Bella Luna Restaurant and Milky Way Lounge in Jamaica Plain, MA as part of their summer music series.  This show will feature many of the Boston area musicians that recorded on the CD.  Check back for additional performances in both the Boston and Vermont area and we look forward to seeing you at a show soon!  In the meantime, you can now purchase the new CD "Going Through The Motions" in the "store" link through CD Baby here on the website.

Well it's been a long road and we thank you for your patience...the website is now officially launched, complete with audio clips from the new full length CD "Going Through The Motions" which will be available in our "store" on the website in a few weeks (you can take a sneak peak at "CD Liner Notes" for some details and listen to some clips in "audio").  We began recording the album in October of 2014 at BopStop Studios in Medford with George Trksak behind the controls.  We then began mixing our tracks in December and most recently sent them along to Dana White from Specialized Mastering who put the magic touch on everything!  What an awesome experience working with them both and making it all come to life slowly but surely.  I want to personally thank George, Dana and all the musicians that participated in the project for your time and energy, it was an experience that I will never forget and it was truly an honor to work with all of you.  You can read a little about all the musicians in our "bio" section here on the website and learn about upcoming performances on our "calendar" which will be updated as gigs come in (if you'd like an email about upcoming gigs, be sure to sign up on our list to the right hand side of any page on the site).  I also want to thank Kate and Ayla for their help with the art work! No album would be complete without the visuals!  Speaking of, check out the "photos" section for an inside look at all that happened in the studio and elsewhere.  I hope to see you soon at some performances and I eagerly await the arrival of the CD's to share with you all.  Thanks for all your support!
